Anyplace Projects revitalizes disused and transitional buildings. Buildings that may be awaiting development or reuse can be temporarily used by Anyplace Projects. Agreements are temporary, meaning owners don’t lose commercial offers.
While occupying a building Anyplace uses licensed trades people to make necessary repairs and maintain the property. This use of the space provides owners with a caretaker who keeps the property safe, clean and presentable.
Anyplace then makes the property available for creative and artistic practices. Projects that offer suitable uses are matched with properties allowing artists and creative groups to develop and rehearse their practices.
